V3.6.0 Release Notes

ParGo V3.6 brings one of our most significant platform updates to date. This release introduces a fully supported mobile experience, pre-foreclosure property data, commercial market listing queries through the AI engine, expanded export formats including KML/KMZ and HTML, and a redesigned multi-scope export workflow. Alongside these new capabilities, several key fixes improve the reliability of Land Use AI queries, map zoom behavior, and project management. New Features

ParGo on Mobile

ParGo is now available as a fully supported mobile experience. The platform automatically adapts to your device, delivering a UI built for smaller screens without sacrificing functionality. Take your prospecting workflows into the field with the following features available on mobile:
  • Basemap Adjustment — Switch basemap styles to a mobile-friendly layout
  • Address Search — Search for any address or location directly from a mobile device
  • Parcel Details — Access the full parcel detail panel on any mobile device, with a layout optimized for smaller screens
No setup is required — ParGo detects your device automatically and adjusts the experience on the fly.

Pre-Foreclosure Data

Pre-foreclosure records are now available across the ParGo platform.
  • AI Queries — Ask the AI assistant to find pre-foreclosure properties by location, criteria, or proximity. Example: "Show me all pre-foreclosure properties in Duval County with lot size greater than 0.5 acres."
  • Financial Info Panel — Pre-foreclosure data can be found in the Financial dropdown alongside Parcels, Permits, and Listings.
  • Exports — Pre-foreclosure data is included when financial information is exported from a property.

Commercial Market Listings in AI

The AI assistant can now query commercial market data, including listings for sale, listings for lease, lease rates, and asset types. Use natural-language queries to find commercial comps directly on the map.Example queries:
  • "Show me all retail properties listed for sale in my current map view"
  • "Find properties with a lease value greater than $20/sqft"
  • "Show me all properties with a transaction type of lease"

KML / KMZ Export Format

Parcel results can now be exported in KML and KMZ formats for use in Google Earth, ArcGIS, and other GIS applications. KML/KMZ is available under the Parcels scope in the export dialog.

Multi-Scope, Multi-Format Export

The export dialog has been updated to support selecting multiple data scopes and multiple file formats in a single export job.Available scopes: Parcels, Financial, Permits, Listings Available formats: XLSX, CSV, PDF, HTML, KML, KMZ (format availability varies by scope)HTML exports: When HTML is selected, the export is delivered as a ZIP file. The ZIP contains a folder for each selected scope (Parcels, Financial, Permits, Listings) and a single index.html file that provides access to all scopes in one view.
Bug Fixes

Land Use AI Querying

The AI assistant now correctly handles both Land Use (standardized) and Land Use (local) classifications. Queries like "show me all properties with manufacturing as its current land use" will now render accurate results across both classification types.

Zoom Level on Parcel Card Click

Clicking a parcel card in the results list previously reset the map zoom to a default distance. The map now maintains the user's current zoom level when a parcel card is selected.

Project Archiving

Archiving a project from the Dashboard now correctly removes it from the active project list. Previously, archived projects remained visible despite appearing to be archived successfully.
