New Features
Introducing Pargo Lite
What's new: Pargo Lite is a brand-new offering, a single-parcel version of Pargo, available to sign up for directly.
Why it matters: For users who only need to work with one parcel at a time, Pargo Lite delivers full platform functionality without the overhead of a multi-parcel workspace.
What to expect: During signup, you'll see Pargo Lite presented alongside other plan options. Full platform functionality is included. Scope is limited to one parcel at a time.
Pargo Property Pipeline
What's new: A new CRM/Kanban-style Pipeline for managing properties as they move through your workflow, including email support directly within the Pipeline and batch execution of D.R.O.P (deep research on ownership & property).
Why it matters: Instead of tracking property status manually or handling D.R.O.P. one at a time, you can now move properties through defined stages, communicate by email without leaving the tool, and batch-process D.R.O.Ps to save time.
What to expect: A new Pipeline view where you can move properties in, track their stage, send email, and execute D.R.O.Ps in batches. This release includes the core Pipeline workflow and email integration. Users will need to connect their email via the settings in the dashboard.
Unified Credit System (Pargo Credits)
What's new: Exports and skip tracing (D.R.O.P) now run on a single, unified credit type: Pargo Credits, with per-job credit tracking and a full credit history view.
Why it matters: Previously, different activities could draw on different credit or pricing structures. Pargo Credits simplifies this into one consistent system, giving you much better visibility into what's being spent and why.
What to expect:
- Every job now records which credit settings were active when it ran, visible from the Jobs dashboard.
- A new credit history view lets you track your spending over time and is tied to specific jobs.
- Credit cost varies by activity and format. Standard exports (such as CSV, KML, KMZ, Shapefile, and ArcGIS) draw the standard per-scope rate, while more resource-intensive actions like PDF exports, skip tracing/D.R.O.P. cost more credits. HTML exports also include a small flat fee in addition to the per-scope rate.
- Because rates can be adjusted over time, the exact credit cost of an action is always shown before you complete it, so you'll know what you're spending in advance.
AI Advisor: Map Layer Control
What's new: The AI Advisor can now find and add map layers on your behalf.
Why it matters: Instead of manually searching for and toggling layers, you can just ask, and the AI Advisor will locate the right layer and get it onto your map, including layers tied to spatial queries you're running.
What to expect: Ask the AI Advisor to turn layers on or off, search for a specific layer, or run a query that depends on a layer not yet on your map. It will add the layer for you as part of completing the request.
Enhancements
Proximity Queries
What's new: You can now query properties by distance to a specific point on the map, such as a school, business, or landmark.
Why it matters: Distance-based searches let you find properties within a defined radius of a location, without manually drawing or estimating boundaries.
What to expect: The point type you're searching from (schools, businesses, landmarks, etc.) must be turned on as a map layer first. Once it's active, tell the AI Advisor how far away to search, in plain language (for example, "within a mile of this school"), and ParGo returns all properties that fall within that distance of those points. Proximity can be combined with other criteria in your search.
Mobile Responsiveness Improvements
What's new: The Training dashboard, Data Dictionary, and Jobs dashboard are now fully responsive on mobile devices.
Why it matters: Field teams get a consistent, usable experience across the Training, Data Dictionary, and Jobs tools regardless of device.
