New Features

Create and Analyze Parcel Assemblages

What's new: You can now select multiple parcels on the map and combine them into a single assemblage, with calculated acreage, building square footage, and total parcel value rolled up into one summary.

Why it matters: Deals that span more than one parcel used to require manually adding up totals yourself. Now the combined figures, along with any mismatches or gaps in the underlying data, are surfaced for you automatically.

What to expect:

  • Use a dedicated select tool to choose parcels directly on the map and build multiple independent assemblages within the same project.
  • The system flags differences in zoning, land use, or property use group across selected parcels, along with any mismatch in owner of record.
  • Missing data is called out by parcel and field rather than left out of the totals silently.
  • Combined measurements reflect only the outer boundary of the assemblage, excluding shared or interior lines between adjacent parcels.
  • In the measurement panel, the former "Shapes" tab is now "Parcel," a new "Assemblage" tab sits alongside it, the old "Measure Polygon Segments" option has been consolidated into this panel.
  • COMING SOON: A placeholder export control is visible on the assemblage panel; full assemblage report export is planned for a future release.

Details Panel Redesign

What's new: The property Details Panel has been rebuilt with a new information hierarchy that surfaces the most important insights first, instead of long lists of raw fields.

Why it matters: Key property data used to be buried among lengthy supporting fields. The redesigned panel makes it faster to find what matters and easier to drill into details when you need them.

What to expect:

  • Parcel, Financial, Permits, Listings, and Residents data are now organized into card-based sections.
  • A new "Quick Market Snapshot" highlights median household income, household income growth, population, and population growth at a glance.
  • An Actions & Tools menu (formerly the ⋮ "overflow menu") has a variety of quick actions and research tools at your disposal.
  • The panel can now be expanded, matching the AI Advisor and Query Results panels.

Enhancements

Pargo Pipeline Enhancements

What's new: Several improvements to how parcels move through and are managed within Pipelines.

Why it matters: These changes reduce manual work when parcels need to move between pipelines, be acted on in bulk, or be sent out for outreach.

What to expect:

  • When you search for parcels while a pipeline is already in progress, you're now prompted to add the new parcels into an existing pipeline instead of only being able to start a new one; they enter in the pipeline's initial "To-Do) state.
  • Parcels can be migrated from one pipeline to another with their notes and history intact.
  • Predefined, customizable email templates are now available for outreach sent from a pipeline step.
  • You can multi-select parcels to apply actions in bulk.
  • Running a DROP across a batch of pipeline parcels now warns about credit consumption before submitting, matching the warning already shown for a single DROP.
  • COMING SOON: Selected parcels in a pipeline can be exported to easily enrich external CRMs. 

Native Email Connections

What's new: Pipeline outreach emails now send through a direct, provider-native connection instead of a third-party bridge.

Why it matters: Native connections to Google Workspace/Gmail and Microsoft 365/Outlook mean more reliable delivery and a more direct setup when connecting your email.

What to expect: Connect Google Workspace/Gmail or Microsoft 365/Outlook directly from your account settings to send Pipeline emails. A shared connection and sending framework underlies both providers, as well as SMTP.

Mobile Experience, Phase II

What's new: Tables throughout the app now render as card views on mobile and narrow desktop windows.

Why it matters: Card views are easier to read and navigate on smaller screens than table rows.

What to expect: The Data Dictionary search bar on mobile also correctly displays its placeholder text ("Search fields, descriptions...") instead of defaulting to "Search projects."

Fixes

  • Parcels added via Saved Results or Enrichment no longer appear duplicated across "Added by you"/"Enriched" and "Meets criteria," which had been inflating displayed parcel counts.
  • The project name uniqueness check now ignores archived projects, so a name used by an archived project can be reused without an automatic "(1)" suffix.
  • Layers brought in via CSV and other manual imports now save correctly with the project; previously, imported points could disappear from the map after saving and could not be recovered.
  • Fixed an issue preventing group layers (e.g., Price Insights) from functioning correctly.
  • The export screen has been widened so all export options are visible without scrolling.
  • Resolved an error that occurred when exporting results directly from the AI Advisor.
  • Minor UI polish: consistent capitalization on the Create Account and plan-name displays.
